This is the summit of the 3 "Saint-Idesbald". It points out the brown one for some of its malts, but is clearly reinforced in its relents alcoholic. It seems easier to drink than its 2 other congeneric, but it is only due to the balances of ingredients of the others, in particular the malt caramel, velvety of softness and a less marked bitterness. This terrible receipt is precisely also that which will bewitch you, especially when it is served at good temperature. Alleviating and extremely appreciated in a blocked up environment. These beers are a result of a glorious monastic past, were brewed initially by the brewery Damy (1994).

Brugse Zot blond from Brewery De Halve Maan is available in the Beer Store
