Haacht White is an unfiltered, top-fermented, light wheat beer. It is brewed with barley malt, wheat malt and unmalted wheat. The beer gains its spicy aroma from the addition of coriander and orange zest. The top-fermentation process produces brief fruity notes. The sensation in he mouth is somewhat fuller than one would suspect from its density. This is caused by the presence of yeast cells and protein that together create a slight cloudiness.
