Russian Imperial Stouts name is from the old zartimes in Russia. This coal black beer was the zar courts favorite. We have given ourselves permission to give this classic beer a twist in the direction of our own liking. There has been used peat smoked malt and added fresh brewed Colombian coffee. So when can you drink this beer? Traditionally stout is viewed as a desert beer. It is our experience that it is a shame to serve the beer with sweet deserts, try it instead with cream/soft Cheese or chocolate with min. 70 pct. cacao. The beer is great with deserts but it also deserves to be enjoyed alone.
Alcohol: 8,1%
