Beautiful amber-colored beer with beautiful, sturdy, white collar. Our amber beer is made with our home grown summer barley malt. The sugars which are released during the brewing process by our yeast into alcohol. By administering three kinds of hops, one obtains the specific discrete bitterness. After a fermentation process of about five days we put the beer cold for 4 weeks. Temperatures between 0 and 5 degrees causes of aging and sagging of the yeast. We do not filter our beers. Our light unfiltered cloudy beer retains as its maximum of tastes. It is a concentration aromatize beer with a floral and fruity aroma with sweet and bitter harmonious balance.
