Deep golden blonde beer, very hazy and with big white mousse. Very complex aroma. Hints of wood, fruits, spices, hops and sweet bread. Taste is rich, bready and fruity. Hints of wood, cognac and fruit in the finale.

From a 75 cl bottle, Loads of yeast cediment in the bottle. Hazy orange golden / amber beer with big white head on top. Aroma is complex, cake like, lots of cereals, bit of cognac, pepper, yeast and fruits. Taste is warming, with a fine caracter of malts, bread, some pepper and fruits, a slight bit of citrus fruits too. Ends with a soft bittering.
