This is the result of blending black cherries lambic of different ages followed by a second fermentation in the bottle. Storage is similar like geuze. All bottles are champagne corked and can be reserved, in normal conditions, for more than thirty years. It is obvious that an amazing taste evolution takes place.

A- a half inch of off white head from a hard pour that instantly vanishes. Hazy pink orange in color.

S- jeepers creepers there"s some bugs in there. Super sour and funky with lots of acidity in the nose.

T- so sour and tart with tons of acidity. Bright brilliant sour cherries, strawberries and underipe plums. Lots horse blanket, funky oak and some straw. A mild wheat touch buried in there.

M- thin body and low carb. The liquid sits on the palate and puckers the cheeks very aggressively
