Innovation! From existing beers, we aromatize the mash tub with spice or the savour of the restaurant or association. The Amaranth is a fine spice store held by oenologists. With their collaboration, we married one of our beers with rare exotic peppers. One kept the beer taste with, in thinner, of the flavours of peppers exotic and light pricking.
