Deep amber color, toasty toffee/caramel nose, with layers of soft malt and hops. A big beer without being heavy. Extremely well balanced. Brewed under license of the Duinen Monestary by the family owned Huyghe-Melle Brewery.

Pours a deep ruby brown beer with a nicely remaining light brown head. The aroma is dominated by coconut, ginger and blueberry. Sweet malty taste where coconut is the most prominent component. The alcohol is nicely hidden. Smooth. Extremely fruity. Strong carbonation. Low bitterness.
