Pours clear copper colour with medium white head. Aroma of sour grapes, ripe fruits, yeast, earth and barnyard notes, mild rose hip and leaves. Flavour of sour and ripe fruits, earth, herbs, grapes and mild citrus. Very sour palate with a mouth-drying finish. Nice and long sour aftertaste.
