Pours a murky brown color with a medium beige head. Very nice aroma of yeast, molasses, raisins and dates. Good flavor of raisins, dates, molasses and yeast.

Alvinne tan a russet beer is (alc. 6,5% full), ongefilterd but not pasteurisen developed with hergisting on bottle to an original recipe in our own picobrouwerij at Ingelmunster. Ingredients: water, maltmalt malt, 5 speciaalmouten, hops (Goldings, Hallertau and Northern Brewer), candy sugar and grain leaven Lesaffre T58. Alvinne tan a fruity nose with clear tests of burned malt has which we retrieve also in the taste. It has long malt-bitter aftertaste. The beer has a positive taste evolution. Alvinne cooled in a tulp or kelkvormig glass, care for a beautiful foam collar give and leave behind a residue of 1cm (leaven) in the bottle. At least maintainable up to 2 years after botteldatum. Longer maintainable if dry, dark, rechtop standing and shock-proof kept on 12 C.
