Ingredients:  
    800 gr Châteaubriand
    honey
    Duvel
    brown fond
    cream
    potatoes
    mushrooms
    tomatoes
    herbs
    water cress


Preparation:
Fry the steak “rare”. Cut very thin slices of potatoes and fry them in olive oil with thyme.

Sauce:
Brown fond + Duvel+ cream + honey
Fry the mushrooms
Tomatoes: put honey and fine herbs on them and heat up.
