Stunningly impressive Oude Kriek from De Troch classics
The aroma and flavor are just fantastic, tart cherry, real fruit, very dry, tons of funkiness to it, lots of wild lambic character underneath, uniquely acidic, citrusy, heavily wooded, raw on the grain side, slightly herbal, nice tannins, light vanilla and even plum notes to it, no oxidation.
